AUDI R8 CARBON FIBRE BUMPER GRILLE SURROUNDS

We have developed a new range of carbon fibre components for the Audi R8, one of which are carbon fibre bumper grill surrounds. These accentuate the look of the bumpers giving a more exotic and proper supercar feel. These come in a set of 4 (2 x front and 2 x rear surrounds). The grille surrounds are a complete replacement part for the original and not a cheap cover.

These parts is made to order currently and on request we can change weave pattern and directions. The lead time on this part is 4 weeks.

The grille surrounds are made up lightweight and strong 100% Autoclave carbon fibre giving both great strength and superior finish. Once the parts have been produced and pulled from the mould, they are checked and tested thoroughly before heading to lacquer. Each part is inspected further and checked for tolerances before being hand and machine polished, followed by being waxed and sealed in with high content Carnauba products from our partner Race Glaze.

The grille surround to install will require the bumpers to be removed and therefore we only recommend professional fitting. The carbon vents are incredibly stiff unlike the plastic parts, we include assembly grease to aid the carbon and plastic clips connecting properly.
